Injection moulding setter and mould mechanic

Suchomel, a family company from Prague with a long tradition in plastic injection moulding, is looking for a colleague to handle:

• preparation of precision injection moulds – fine operator work
• granulate preparation (drying)
• mould mounting into the injection moulding machine
• operation of the injection moulding machine (we have a technologist)
• additional tasks: conventional machining, product assembly, shipping, etc.

What the new colleague must have:

• skilled hands (really important)
• interest in engineering and plastics
• a modeller’s mindset – we produce our own aluminium injection moulds that are easily damaged
• willingness to learn
• ability to work with CNC machines
• no prior plastics experience required – suitable for graduates; age 50+ is no obstacle
